My name is Lizzy, and I’m starting this mobile coffee cart out of a love for coffee and serving others. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, birthday, or baby shower, my goal is to bring people together over a carefully crafted cup of coffee. Named after my grandparents’ hometown, Melrose Coffee Co exists to share the same care, connection, and hospitality I experienced through my family in Melrose, Minnesota.
